Good and affordable stay in Manipal. Those who are coming to attend exam in MIT campus can prefer this place. Nice behaviour from staff and reception.

stayed in non - a/c room food options are ,limited, hot water unavailable due to construction work, fungus smelling room, Room service was partly ok as it depends on room boy.

stayed 3 days..
No room cleaning in 3 days.. no one even bothered to ask.
i had keys misplaced somewhere.. ask them the duplicate, they gave me the physical key but were not able to provide the card.. hence no electricity for 1 day in the room.
AC was tripping..
No hot water after 1st day.
I checked with the service guy and he said i am the first customer for that floor as it is redesigned or added recently..
Lucky me 😀
I didn’t bothered to stay the 3rd night and checked out to different hotel.

Room was smelly there were no toiletries provided even though we reached late. Washroom jet spary was not working. They were not attending any calls. Multiple bugs were there in the washroom and room. After multiple complaints they didn’t provide any solution.

It was the worst hotel that i have ever checked in. The rooms were not clean, foul smell in the rooms. The bed was worst, bathrooms were not clean. The price for the room was exorbitantly high. The hotel was under renovation and would never recommend this hotel for anyone.

Good hospitality from guests and rooms were excellent, clean and well maintained. I would recommend for family to stay as well others. Very well satisfied.
